Diagnosis
You are changing a subscription generator in Administration Console. Youhave deactivated the generation of subscriptions, but you want to createsubscriptions for which the assignment to sites is not needed. Thesubscriptions can be created only with valid namespace.

Procedure
Deactivate checkbox Create Not Needed Subscriptions or activatethe subscription checkbox and set a namespace for the subscriptions tobe created.
