Diagnosis
You want to deactivate the synchronization part of CRM Middleware intable maintenance view SMW1SPRVDR.
The deactivation is not allowed, because of existing sites of a typesupporting synchronization BDoc messages having assigned subscriptions.

Procedure
There are two possibilites to solve the problem:

• Open CRM Middleware Administration Console (transaction SMOEAC) and
delete all sites of types supporting synchronization BDoc messages ordeassign at least all assigned subscriptions from these sites. Thecorresponding sitetypes can be determined by calling the maintenanceview (transaction SM30) for SMW1SPRVDR and filtering in field SYNC ontrue or SPACE.

• The field SYNC in table SMW1SPRVDR is set wrong for the given sitetype.
If this is the case use SM30 to change the settings.
Important: If you will change the setting all sites ofthe changed sitetype will no longer support synchronization BDocmessages.
Afterwards the deactivation in SMOFAPPL will be allowed.
