You are trying to create an interlinkage in the Administration Console.This is only possible if the leading and following replication objectsare active.

Procedure
Please use the F4 functionality to select the allowed replicationobjects. If you want to use an object which is inactive, first activateyour replication object and then try to create your interlinkage.
