Diagnosis
You tried to start the indirect assignments of subscriptions directlyby using the transaction code SMOEIND or by starting the programSMOE_INDIRECTION.
This program is a part of the administration console (transactionSMOEAC). There you can call the transaction only if you are authorisedto start it.

If you need to start this program contact your system administrator toget the necessary rights.
The needed rights are explained in the documentation of theadministration console.
