Diagnosis
You are trying to create a publication in the Administration Console.This error occurs because you selected one criteria field withdifferent operators.

Procedure
In the right table, there can only be one field of a segment at a time.Therefore delete the duplicate entries. If you need this field withanother operator as criteria field, you have to create a furtherpublication.
