SAP Message SMOE_MESSAGE148 - Replication object with short name &1 and short ID &2 is not active

Diagnosis You tried to create an interlinkage between two replication objects inthe Administration Console. The saving function module does not acceptthe record, because the mentioned replication object is inactive. Procedure Cancel your editing in the Administration Console and select objecttype Replication objects, Publications or Interlinkages. Press theActivate button. Try to create your interlinkage again.
