Diagnosis
Within the Administration Console you selected the connection group andtransfer group for your site in the maintenance screen for the siteattribute values. Then you tried to save your site.

Procedure
Restart the Administration Console and try to select these valuesagain. If the connection group and/or transfer group settings aredifferent from those you selected before, somebody has changed thesettings for these groups.
