Diagnosis
The Administration Console tries to open the TCP/IP RFC connection'AC-NET4ABAP'. Because of a communication or system error the connectioncannot be opened.

Procedure
Choose "Display and maintain RFC destinations" (transaction SM59). UnderTCP/IP connections you find the connection AC-NET4ABAP.
If this connection is missing, refer to the section ChangingEmployees in your Administration Console documentation in order toget the necessary information about the maintenance of the connectionAC-NET4ABAP.
If the connection is there, test it. If the test is not successful,refer to the above-mentioned documentation again.
If the test returns no errors, you have to check the functionality ofthe NET4ABAP program on the Communication Station, where it is installedas a Windows Service.

• Check if the Communication Station and the NET4ABAP program are running.
If so, compare the current "SAP NET for ABAP" settings with theinstallation settings (as described in the documentation mentionedabove).

• Check if "Host" and "Service" are correctly configured. These settings
are all maintained in the NET4ABAP program.
