Diagnosis
The user cannot be stored on the database because the flow definitionsfor BDoc 'EMPLOYEE_WRITE' are not generated.

Procedure
From the Middleware menu choose "Message Flow -> Definition ->Generate". Select BDoc 'EMPLOYEE_WRITE' as "BDoc type (name)" and startthe generation. If the generation ends successfully, try to create youruser in the Administration Console.
