Diagnosis The intervals of the number range object have not been maintained onthe CRM Server. Procedure On the CRM Server, call up transaction SNRO. Enter 'RR*' as object name and choose the F4 help. The following number range objects should be displayed: RRSEQ_ AC, RRSEQ_EB, RRSEQ_EX, RRSEQ_RE and RRSEQ_SU. Select one of these objects and press the 'Number ranges' button. Choose 'Interval -> Change' or press the corresponding button. If no interval has been created, create a new interval with:
- Interval number 1 (without leading zeros or blanks)
- From number 00000000000000000001
- To number 99999999999999999999
- Number range status 0
Do the same for all number range objects. Create another subscription with the Administration Console. Remark: generally, these intervals should not be transported. Thereforeyou can ignore the transport request message when you save theintervals.
