Diagnosis
For the given parent site and dependent site (site copy) the SMOHSITEPARentry is missing. This is most probably due to missing parent sitemigration after activation of new queue framework.

System Response
Realignment Services (new queue framework) will not handle the parentsite relationship properly. The child site will not receive extractmessages from Realignment and Subcheck Services.

Procedure

• Manual Correction:

Deassign the child site from the parent in the 'Copy of' field in theAdministration Console, save. Reassign the site to the parent, and saveagain.
On Deassign: Select 'No Extracts'. On Reassign: Recommendation to choose'Create Extracts' since child site might have missed out some extractmessages.

• Adjustment via Report:

Execute SMOE_SITEPAR_ADJUST. The report will correct all SMOHSITEPARinconsistencies. Extracts for the affected sites will not be created.
