Diagnosis
Rules objects define the links between Replication objects andPublications. Each link has to be unique. This is not the case here.
This error may be due to the fact that publication assignments have beenboth created on the system and imported from another system.

Procedure
There is no possibility to correct this error from the surface.
If possible, delete the publication on all systems in your systemlandscape, create it new on the development system and transport it tothe following systems. Note that before you can delete a publication youhave to deassign all affected subscriptions on all used clients in thesystem landscape.
If this solution is not possible contact SAP for another solutionproposal. Do not modify any objects manually on database level.
