Diagnosis In a dynamic mapping criteria rule a Where clause has been created forone of the tables. The table entry for the Where clause (SMOEGENSTAentry, see Technical Information) contains information which should notbe provided there:
- In the Where clause fields from which criteria values and/or employee
keys have to be read cannot be specified. This information has to beprovided in the tables of the dynamic mapping. This is an internal inconsistency. Normally the system prevents thiserror. The inconsistency cannot be seen in the Administration Console.Procedure Check whether the dynamic mapping criteria rule returns the correctresults. If not, it has to be reestablished. At the moment changes of the criteria rules are not supported. Thesubscription generator has to be recreated. Make sure to set up thedynamic table mapping correctly. For more information refer to thedocumentation. Always create and test subscription generators on your test system. Ifeverything works correctly, transport the generator to the targetsystems. After creation, transport (if necessary), and activation of the newsubscription generator on the target client, the invalid subscriptiongenerator can be set to status 'To Be Deleted'.
