Diagnosis For site generation the corresponding site type has to be specified.Requirements:
- the site type has to be generation relevant (see site provider table
SMW1SPRVDR) . The generation relevance of a site type requires theavailability of certain function modules (especially a function modulereturning the site attributes in the format required by theSubscription Agent, see documentation).
- you have to specify the site attributes to be used for site generation
(here the Subscription Agent framework calls the above-mentionedfunction module).
- optionally, if allowed by the site type: specification of the
activation state (active/inactive) of the sites to be created. The current site creation rule refers to a site type which is notavailable.System Response Sites of a missing site type cannot be created. Procedure Check whether the site type definition is correct. The site type mayhave been deleted or a site type deletion may have been transportedinto the system after the setup of the subscription generator. If thesubscription generator has been transported from another system, checkwhether the site type definition and the corresponding function moduleshave been been imported, too. Site type information for site creation can be separately set on eachtarget client. The entries are not transported and can be updated whennecessary. Note that changes in the site type definition (eg. changes of the siteattributes) do not affect previously created sites.
