Diagnosis
For a static criteria rule for a subscription generator an entrydefining the static criteria rule has to be established. For the staticcriteria rule you have to provide

• the table on which you want to define the static criteria rule


• the field from which to read the criteria value


• optionally: the field from which to read the employee key. If no
employee key field is specified, all not excluded employees are takeninto account

• optionally: static where conditions on any table fields to filter the
returned criteria values / criteria value-employee key pairs
For the given Criteria Field (see Technical Information) the staticcriteria rule entry cannot be found. It is either invalid or missing inthe database.

System Response
The subscription generator cannot work correctly.

Procedure
The subscription generator has to be recreated. Make sure that thestatic criteria rule is established correctly. For more informationrefer to the documentation.
Always create and test subscription generators on your test system. Ifeverything works correctly, transport the generator to the targetsystems.
After creation, transport (if necessary), and activation of the newsubscription generator on the target client the invalid subscriptiongenerator can be set to status 'To Be Deleted'.
