The generic variant definition includes a reference to middlewaresubscription data. However, these subscriptions were not found for theuser concerned.

Procedure
If the subscriptions exist, use the User Links screen to checkwhether you need to make an assignment between the mobile user and theBW user. This is necessary if the two system IDs are spelt differently.Note that a distinction is also made between upper and lower case.
