Diagnosis
An attempt was made to create a temporary version of the object &V1&V2. temporary versions of an object can be created only if the objectis currently in a change request.
You can change Repository objects only if they are in change requests,and a version of an object is created automatically when you include itin a change request. This means that you do not need to create aversion of an object if it is not locked in a change request.
