The transport system is configured so that when transport requests areimported, versions are created of the objects they contain.

System Response
A copy of each successfully imported object is saved in the versiondatabase immediately after import. This ensures that the newest versionin the version database always matches the active version. This meansthat you can check all changes made to an object by imports in theversion management.
