Diagnosis
The transport system is set so that when transport requests areimported, versions are created of the objects they contain.

System Response
Before they are imported, a backup version is made of each versionableobject. This is stored in the version database. This is not done forobjects for which this version already exists, in other words, if thenewest version in the version database matches the active version inthe development database.
