Procedure
Possible reasons for an e-mail notification failure:

• The e-mail data of the addressed employees is not valid.

Check the e-mail data of the employees who did notreceive a notification and resend the e-mail with the correct object IDand type.

• The user is not authorized to send e-mails.

Obtain a valid authorization and resend the e-mail with the correctobject ID and type.
