Diagnosis
Comparison operators ("<(><<)>", ">", "<(><<)>>", ...) and value ranges(identified with hyphens) are used in filter conditions. Only oneoperator or hyphen is permitted for each filter condition. However moreoperators and/or hyphens are used in this condition.

Enclose the operator characters or hyphens in double quotation marks sothat they are interpreted like normal characters.
