Diagnosis
This error usually occurs when an attempt it made to use a specialreport as a generic report. A special report can contain configurationsthat cannot generally be transferred.

System Response
The display switches to either the table or the grid.

Procedure
Select another Crystal report layout and inform your systemadministrator.
