Diagnosis
Crystal Reports cannot be displayed because client software CrystalReports ALV Adapter that is required for this is not installed onyour system.

System Response
The table view is restored. It is not possible to switch toCrystal Reports view.

Procedure
To display them, install the necessary client software CrystalReports ALV Adapter.
Otherwise, contact your system administrator to have the installationexecuted on your system.
