Even if the default value of ACCESSIBILITY_STANDARD reflects thestandard the current classification refers to, it is advisable toexplicitly set the standard. Otherwise, the standard may change wheneverthe default value changes. In that way, the statement made according tothe accessibility of an object may get wrong since it was made accordingto an older standard.
