Diagnosis
When you create an activation entry in the ABAP Debugger, thecorresponding activation settings must not be fully inactive.
Program-specific activation settings cannot be deactivated, but onlydeleted.

Procedure
If you want to add an activation, choose an active setting forBREAK-POINT, LOG-POINT, and/or ASSERT.
If an existing program-specific activation is no longer needed, deletethe entire activation entry.
Changes to the activation settings only affect the current session, aslong as it is under the control of the Debugger.
