Diagnosis
A maximum of 10000 performance data files can be created.
In directory DIR_DATA there is or were 100 performance data files withinthe last minute with names in the format AT , where:
is the system number, and
is a four digit number between 0000 and 9999.
If all permitted files names have already been assigned, for performancereasons the directory is read a maximum of once per minute to checkwhether performance data files have been deleted in the interim.

System Response
The ABAP runtime measurement cannot be started.

Procedure
Delete performance data files that you no longer need, and wait afurther minute until the system has registered the deletion of thefiles.
