Diagnosis
You cancelled the action of adding a new planning pattern by pressingthe cancel button. This is the right way if you just want to see thelist of actions which would be added by applying the selected planningpattern.

No planning entries were added or changed.

Procedure
You may first take a look at each predefined planning pattern just asyou did right now. You should use those pattern which fits best to yourwishes. Note that you may change or delete each single entry made byapplying a planning pattern afterwards. There is no way to delete allplanning entries made by applying a planning pattern with one singleaction. The only way is to delete each single entry by itself.
