Diagnosis
You tried to enter a new planning with exactly the same starting timeas an already existing planning. At each time only one planning entrymay exist.

The new planning is not inserted.

Procedure
Change the planning time of the new planning so that it differs in atleast one second to each existing planning. You should keep in mindthat planning which are using the same resources should not be plannedto run overlapping.
