Diagnosis
You are not allowed to delete 'LO' records on MONI database as long asother data of the corresponding server are saved on MONI.

Procedure
Since the 'LO' record contains the main information about all recordsof the corresponding server which are in table MONI, all other recordshave to be deleted before the 'LO' record can be removed from MONI.Thus, first delete all other records of the corresponding server.
