Diagnosis
The selected time interval for the statictics alert monitor was tooshort to obtain representative data. Since statistics data are held ina local buffer before being written to a sequential statistics file(from where they can be read), they are written to the file in"clusters". The average measured time which elapses until a "cluster"is written to the file should be used as the minimum time forrefreshing the alert monitor.

Procedure
Select a larger value in the "time interval" option.
