Diagnosis
The system cannot schedule a background job for the workload monitor.The system reports one of the following causes using the value of thesystem parameter sy-subrc:

1,,Job cannot be started immediately
2,,Invalid start date
3,,Missing job name
4,,JOB_CLOSE failed
5,,Job has no single-steps
6,,Job does not exist
7,,Cannot set lock
8,,Other error
