SAP Message S03110 - Error during RFC call; could not convert parameters to &1

Diagnosis You can change online parameters in the workload monitor during theruntime. This change failed due to an error during the RFC call of thecorresponding instance. The connection could not be created. Theselected instance is possibly currently inactive, in which case, it isnot possible to create a connection. Procedure Repeat the action. Check whether the instance is active. If the errorpersists, check the RFC connection to the affected instance withtransaction SM59 (Display and Maintenance of RFCConnections).
