Diagnosis
The template cache was invalidated. The check of the template cacheafterwards returned an error. The update may be delayed, because partsof the cache are in use.
This concerns the application server on which you are logged on (&V1&).For the other application servers, the cache update is always doneasynchronously, so that delays are the rule for them.

If not the current templates are used, try again later to publish.
