SAP Message RZ377 - The checks are only possible with profiles from profile maintenance

Diagnosis Profile names from profile maintenance were not specified in theinstance definition for the start and/or instance profile. This meansthat no checks are possible. Basically, a profile check is only possible for profiles maintainedin profile maintenance.
