Diagnosis
Parameters that are only intended for the WIP batch functionality havebeen passed on to the BAPI/function module. However, the WIP batchfunctionality has not been activated in your system.
The following parameters are relevant to WIP batch management:

• Fields OBCHA and OBMAT in the table TIMETICKETS


• Table CHAR_WIPBATCH


• Table LINK_CONF_CHAR_WIPBATCH

System Response
The processing of theBAPI/function module is terminated. No confirmationis posted.

Procedure


• If you are not using WIP batches, populate the interface of the
BAPI/function module without populating the parameters intended for WIPbatch management.

• If you want to use WIP batches, activate the WIP batch functionality.

To do this, you must first activate the business functionLOG_PP_WIP_BATCH. After this, you must additionally activate WIP batchmanagement in Customizing (see Activate WIP Batch
).
