Diagnosis
When processing time events that contain a personnel number a so-calledpair formation is executed in HR.

System Response
To call up pair formation an authorization must be assigned in the usermaster that allows access to the HR infotype 0000.

Procedure
Contact your system administrator to obtain the appropriateauthorization in your user master.
