Diagnosis
The last number has been assigned in the number range "01" for objectAFFW_NR. Any further number assignment would cause a termination,unlessyou manually change the definition of the number range.

Procedure
You can either increase the upper limit of the number range, or orreset the number range. You should, however, make sure that the samenumber is not assigned twice.
