Diagnosis
The confirmation number that you have entered does not correspond to thesequence that you have entered.

Procedure
You have two options:

• Enter the confirmation number only. The system branches automatically
to the corresponding operation or sub-operations.

• Enter the order number and the sequence number. The system auto-
matically branches to a list screen which contains the correspondingoperations/sub-operations.
