Diagnosis
When an order is created, the sytem assigns a different confirmationnumber to each operation contained in the order. The number is printedon the shop papers.
The confirmation number which you have entered does not correspond tothe operation number which you have entered.

What_to_do
There are two options:

• Enter the confirmation number only (see shop papers)


• Enter data which identifies the operation (for example order number,
sequence number and operation number).
