Configuration node for process monitoring

If the configuration file of the operating system collector SAPOSCOLchanges in the context of process monitoring, subtrees for new processnames must be created if applicable, and subtrees for processes thatare no longer monitored deleted.
This node checks whether the configuration of the process monitoringhas changed, so that the tree structure always contains the currentlymonitored process names. No alerts are generated for the configurationnode.
