This value is, along with the average response time in the dispatcherqueue (R3UpdateQueueTime), a measure of the update system load.Too high a load can be a sign of too few update work processes. Youshould, however, note that too many processes per instance wastes mainmemory and means that the system can slow down due to operating systempaging.
