Diagnosis
This monitoring tree element shows the dialog response time of astandard transaction created by the CCMS. The standard transactionsimulates a normal transactional workload by accessing database data andrunning a set of ABAP function modules.
The standard transaction measures only the response time componentgenerated by the SAP dialog service, including access to the database.It does not include response time component for transit to and from thefront-end SAPGUI.

Procedure
Use the standard transaction to evaluate the response time across yourapplication servers according to a standardized transactional workload.
The standardized workload lets you compare dialog performance on a'level playing field'. That is, it excludes effects that may distortuser dialog response time on particular servers, as for example when fewusers are active and at least one user is using long-runningtransactions.
If the dialog response time for the standardized transaction is greenfor a particular server but the user response time is yellow or red,then it is likely that some users on the server are usingresource-intensive transactions that distort the response time. Theserver does not necessarily have a serious performance problem.
