Diagnosis
The spool request takes on output requests from the dispatcher queue.The requests remain in the queue until the processing of the request iscomplete.

Procedure
If this alert was only triggered by a few very large output requests,and it is not a question of a general overload situation, you canincrease the threshold for this alert. With a general overload situation(in this case, the number of requests in the spool request queue willalso regularly exhibit values that are too high), we recommend that youincrease throughput by reconfiguring the SAP system.
