SAP Message RT199 - Minimum number of calls with status SYSFAIL

Diagnosis
Here, you see the number of tRFC calls which could not be carried outbecause of an error in executing the call in the destination system orexternal component.
You can display detailed information on calls that have execution errorswith the analysis method of this MTE. You will also find detailedinformation in the ALE monitoring tree on SYSFAIL calls that weregenerated by ALE.
This MTE does not monitor outbound qRFC calls in SYSFAIL status.Instead, you will find monitoring of the status of the queues to whichqRFC calls belong elsewhere in the alert monitor.

Procedure
Normally, you should see few or no calls with execution errors.
Because this status indicates a programming error and because theseproblems require individual attention, accumulations of calls withSYSFAIL errors carry the alert criticality red.
'SYSFAIL' calls are held without being retried. The execution problemmust be resolved before such a call can be retried. The call can theneither manually restarted (in the analysis method or in transactionSM59) or deleted and re-issued by the calling application. Beforedeleting such a call, be sure to print out the specifications and datamade in the call. The application will need this data in order tore-construct the call. You should always check with the owner of aSYSFAIL call before deleting or re-trying the call.
Once successfully processed, calls with SYSFAIL errors are automaticallydeleted from the tRFC work queue, and will no longer appear in thismonitor.
