Diagnosis
The cache must contain at least as many entries as the number ofrequests that have not yet been reported as completed that exist in aspool server.

System Response
If this cache overflows, the spool service can no longer query thestatus of additional requests that are transferred to the host spoolsystem. In order to avoid a malfunction, these requests are reported ascomplete after they have been successfully transferred to the hostspool system.

Procedure
If this alert appears repeatedly, increase the cache size using theprofile parameter rspo/global_shm/hostspool_list. The standardsetting is 10 times the size of the spool request queue. The minimumvalue is 500.
