Use this value, in particular with the monitoring attributeR3DialogResponseTime to assess the dialog system. Very highvalues (in connection with bad response times) can point to a generalcapacity overload, while unusually low values point to a malfunction.
You should also take this monitoring attribute into account in order tobe able to evaluate dialog response time values correctly. Longresponse times with a very small number of dialog steps per minute isnot necessarily a cause for alarm, as individual long running processeswould then affect the statistics much more.
