SAP Message RS_PSA_DEL024 - * pattern: Requests are deleted in entire system; see long text

Diagnosis
Consequences of * patterns for deletions:

  • PSA Deletion Process:

    • If you enter a * in both the DataSource field and Source System field ,the requests will be deleted from all PSAs in the system.
    If you enter a * in the DataSource field and a fixed value or pattern inthe Source System field, all PSAs will be deleted from the selectedsource systems.
    If you enter a fixed value or pattern in the DataSource field and just a* in the Source System field, the selected PSAs will be deleted in allsource systems.
    • Change Log Deletion Process:

      • If you enter a * in both the DataStore field and InfoArea field , therequests will be deleted from all change logs in the system.
      If you enter a * in the DataStore field and a fixed value or pattern inthe InfoArea field, all change logs will be deleted from the selectedInfoAreas.
      If you enter a fixed value or pattern in the DataStore field and just a* in the InfoArea field, the selected change logs will be deleted in allInfoAreas.
