SAP Message RS_PERS002 - Personalization application & could not be activated

Diagnosis The personalization application cannot be activated. Procedure You can activate the application manually by activating BI Content fromInfoArea 0BCT_PERS in the Data Warehousing Workbench and then activating the personalization for the application in the Implementation Guide(IMG).
