SAP Message RSZA017 - Transport system is active - could not save/change queries

Diagnosis Your BI system is set up so that the Change and Transport Organizer(CTO) is active. This means that you cannot change or save a querydefinition in the Ad-hoc Query Designer Web item. System Response The query cannot be changed or saved. Procedure Activating the Change and Transport Organizer in a BI system is onlyuseful in a small number of cases (see SAP Note 356018). If it isactive, you have to use the BEx Query Designer to edit queries.
