Diagnosis
During the last call of the Development Worbench, a background job wasscheduled that activates the objects of the technical BI Content. Theseobjects are required to make full use of the BW system.
During activation of these objects, errors occurred.
The functional restrictions due to the errors inactivation are mostlikely minimal and only affect selected areas.

Procedure
Check the job log of the background job BI_TCO_ACTIVATION usingtransaction SM37.
If you do not find a sufficient error message there, check the logs inthe application log. You can display the logs using transactionRSTCO_ADMIN or SLG1.
Depending on the error message, go to the application log to rectify theerror.
If you can eliminate the error, you can start activation again usingtransaction RSTCO_ADMIN. You can also attempt to activate the objectswith errors manually using transaction RSOR.
